Munie Greencare Professionals, a leader in sports field construction and turf contracting, is seeking a Construction Operations Manager. The Construction Operations Manager will oversee day to day operations of a multi-million dollar construction department, intent on continued growth. Summary of Responsibilities: - Oversee multiple construction projects and deadlines
- Manage field productivity through efficient scheduling of crews and equipment
- Support and manage job foremen
- Ensure quality workmanship and identify efficiencies
- Champion the Safety First initiative
- Coordinate with project managers, contract administrators and vendors for on time completion of work
- Promote and lead exceptional customer satisfaction
- Job cost analysis and profitability
- Forecast staffing needs
- Develop and train crew leaders
Requirements: - Proven experience building, developing and maintaining effective work teams
- Complete understanding of construction management and process
- Must have strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Supervisory or Management experience in construction or related discipline
- Bachelor Degree in Construction Management, Horticulture or related field preferred
